What makes this stay memorable is the hospitality of the hosts. Excellent service, super friendly and accommodating. The property is large, clean, secure with ample parking. The room was large, clean and comfortable. great water pressure in the shower. We ate the fixed menu dinner in their restaurant with 9 courses and unlimited wine and water. The food and meat are local from their farm. We enjoyed every course and barely had room for the desserts. Lots of choices for breakfast, homemade croissants A great start to anyone’s day. We drove 12 minutes to Mestre and took the train to Venice. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was fresh pastries, toast, boiled eggs, ham, yogurt, and fresh juice. Delicious and made a perfect start to our day! Oh, and prepared and presented by the kindest host ever!

Nice place if you visit Venice by car and would like to be close to it. The bus station is right in front of the hotel which you can reach the center of Venice in 20 minutes with only for 1,50 EUR . You can buy tickets at the reception too. The place is clean, hosts are really friendly and a huge plus for being dog-friendly (10 EUR / night) without any problems. I liked the atmosphere of this place and we had a great time here .

Ca’ Leone is an absolute dream! In a separate side building of their beautiful country house, the owners facilitate 2 apartments. Each apartment is for 2 people only, so imagine the calm and peaceful stay you will have. The ground floor apartment (called Regina Vittoria) is the one we stayed in and comes with all facilities you can think of: airconditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, clean towels, a spacious bed and not unimportant; mosquito nets in front of all the windows. The apartment right above ours on the first floor is pretty much the same and is called Sans Souci. The well maintained garden has a very large pool that is cleaned every day, comfortable pool beds with pillows and 2 separate gazebo’s (so every couple can have their own outdoor breakfast/dinner sitting area). It’s almost unbelievable that we only had to share it with 2 other people! The 2 owners are the most sweet and caring people you can imagine. They will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as can be. Never intrusive, always respectful. With only the sound of some frogs at night and still really close to Venice, Padova and other nice villages, this is a perfect place to stay. Supermarket at less than 1 km, same goes for fresh coffee :) We hope to come back here 1 day!
