However, one thing that they don't mention is just how breathtaking their view is from the garden. WOW WOW WOW!!! We had no idea that this region was going to be so spectacularly beautiful and wish that we had stayed longer for hiking but it just means we have to come back.

Overall the perfect environment to relax. The hotel restaurant is highly recommended, reasonably priced and also offers vegetarian options. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also they were extremely helpful when we had troubles with our car as they managed the communication in italian for us. They even went ahead and organized a place for us where we got the car fixed easily and fast.

The village is pretty and interesting and we enjoyed being able to go hiking in the park without needing to use the car. The room was very well equipped, also with a good kitchen area, making it easy to cater for ourselves when we chose, though restaurants locally are limited.
