The family operating Casale di Monica treated us like royalty. The grounds are park-like, peaceful, and immaculate. There has to be well over 100 rose bushes and everything is manicured to near perfection. The included breakfast blew me away. They had a full selection of deserts for breakfast! Thank you so much.

What a beautiful and pleasant place to stay. It is very close to all the main places related to Saint Francis. We went to San Damiano Sanctuary which is a few minutes from the Residenza, then we visited Assisi, which is easily accessible from the Cielo Terra and lastly, we went to The Porciúncula which is less than 5 minutes driving. Therefore, it is a central place, close to restaurants and a supermarket. We were graced with an update since we were traveling with our baby and the host wanted to offer a more comfortable room. The breakfast has lots of options and it seems we are in a relative house.
