If you are traveling to Rieti to visit the places of St Francis this is the Perfect place! 15 minutes from all of them , you right in the middle! You can see Greccio across the beautiful valley from the little cottage , up the side of the mountain. Private drive and parking. Comfortable little apartment, kitchen has everything you need with a grocery store close by. The sun shining in your window and the birds singing in the morning is how you will wake up…cant say enough about the owners, the privacy, the beauty, the serenity of this great place!

I wanted to stay longer but she had other guests arriving so she spent over an hour on the phone to find me another place in rieti. So appreciate all her effort! I feel like I've made a friend! Although near a main road, the apartment is at the back of the house and I had a peaceful night's sleep. There's a garden area to sit out in too. I really enjoyed my short stay here. It's about a 10 minute walk from the St Francis Way and 40 minutes into the centre of Rieti. There's a supermarket close by for provisions.

The place is very quiet, what is perfect to have a good rest. Bed was super confortable. Foreign travellers are more than welcome. The facilities were comfortable and clean and quiet and I had all I needed for my short stay, including a washing machine. I did quite a few day excursions and the bus station was only a five minute walk away. I would definitely stay there again
