We chose to stay out of Catania on our way to Mt Etna which is about 30 mins from Villa Casina dell'Etna. We want to relax with a swim and this place ticked the boxes. The hosts were great and let us check in early. Breakfast was also very good and a home made cake delicious along with meats, scones, eggs, croissants and cappacino and juice. The host made us complementary rolls for lunch to go which was an added extra. Plenty of good restaurants in close driving distance, noting Monday's some are closed. We would happily recommend that people stay here..

The house is super cute and very cozy. There is enough space, the room was nice and warm when we arrived. We got all the information from Luigi regrading supermarket, bakery, etc. The place is really quiet, good to relax, easy to access Etna.

Set in a 30-hectare chestnut forest, Bosco Ciancio is in the heart of Mount Etna Nature Reserve. Dating back to the 18th century, this ancient manor features a large garden with outdoor dining area.

The rooms at Bosco Ciancio are bright and decorated with warm colours. All with wood-beamed ceilings, they also feature a fridge. Some rooms come with a French balcony.

A very modern, clean hotel. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Safe secure parking for motorcycles. Rainforest style shower in bathroom was excellent. Restaurant dinner very good food and large portions, great service. Breakfast also excellent choices.

Agriturismo Gianferrante is a pretty farmhouse surrounded by orange trees in the Sicilian countryside. Just outside the town of Paternò, it offers a garden with swimming pool, sun terrace and BBQ.

Rooms have a country design with tiled floors and classic furnishings. Each one offers a kitchenette with microwave and fridge and a patio overlooking Mount Etna and the countryside.

The rooms were very spacious with air conditioning. It was already turned on when we arrived with was great because the rooms were cool. I would have liked additional pillows (there was only one per person) Each room had it’s own bathroom which was very convenient
