The luxurious Villa Luppis Hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, and free bicycles. There is also a scheduled shuttle to/from Venice, where guests enjoy discounts in selected shops.

With a strategic location on the Veneto-Friuli border, the villa is ideal for visiting the surrounding castles, picturesque towns and Palladian Villas along the Brenta River. Venice's historic centre is around one hour's drive away.

This was already our fourth stay at the hotel. We always love coming back because of its charm, beautiful garden and pool area, excellent restaurant and the friendly staff paying special attention to our needs and wishes.

We were visiting family and the Villa Lupis was a perfect location for our needs. It was quiet, the staff was amazing, the grounds were stunning and the rooms were more than comfortable. The pool area was an amazing place to rest in the afternoons. We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel.

An authentic mansion in a lovely scenery of the property, with a pool and yards. Excellent restaurant, nice services and communication in English. And the personal commitment from the Lady-owner is so touching!

We recently stayed at Villa Luppis and had an amazing experience. The friendly atmosphere and caring owner made us feel right at home. The high quality of furniture around the villa added to the luxurious feel of the property. The garden was also a highlight of our stay, with its beautiful landscaping and peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend Villa Luppis to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the villa

We had a lovely stay at this traditional Agriturismo run by a very nice, friendly family. We were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was good and plentiful and include their own produce. We also enjoyed having a delicious evening dinner, together with their excellent wine! The Agriturismo is situated in a quiet village location amongst the vineyards, ideal for visiting some wonderful towns and villages nearby, also for trips to the coast and Venice. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you Susi and family, Ciao!

This is a very elegant hotel, with lots of historic bits to it, a massive swimming pool and in the middle of the countryside. Super super pretty and would be awesome for weddings as well. We had great value at the restaurant which was very elegant but yet the same price as all other restaurants we had been to

Beautiful, tranquil setting. Romantic and typical Italian, historic building. So peaceful and calm. Great pool, and outstanding service from all the staff who couldn't do enough to help. Tennis courts were cleaned specially for us before using them, and the staff even went out to get us new balls, even though we said the four they gave us were more than okay! Great breakfast too.
