Great location between Umbria and Tuscany! the owner is very nice and helpful. the property is tidy clean. a lot of common areas you can seat and get some fresh air, a lot of things to do with the kids and a big, clean pool. the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. the apartment was big and comfortable with a fabulous traditional decoration and a very good Wi-Fi. Excellent value for money. Loved this place!

Roberto and Rebecca are people with a big heart. ❤️ They helped us with everything. Rebeccas’ food was best ever. There were nice and friendly dogs as well! Accommodation with two bedrooms is with a private backyard patio, comfortable bed (which is really important!) and very well equipped kitchen. It has nice views and it is very peaceful but most of all the food is divine. It felt like home away from home as it is so cozy and welcoming thanks to the hosts who make sure that you have a wonderful experience. If you are visiting perugia, you have to spend at least a night here.

The room was large and comfortable with views across the hills, the bathroom large and modern. The homemade breakfast was exceptional, we didn't want to stop eating.
