This is a great place for a vacation retreat. Elisa and Giovanni are serving a wonderful breakfast with delicious cappuccino. We played very exciting table football matches and had a great pleasure from playing in a swimming pool. You can also find relaxing spots all over the garden, where in total quietness you can relax and feel like having ideal vacation. We also very much enjoyed real Italian/Sicilian dinner with candles prepared by Elisa and Giovanni. The wine and home made liquors are just a cherry on a cake😊. You defenitely can’t miss it. We hope to come back some day. Elisa and Giovanni – thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

Fabulous host and property. Spacious and well equipped apartment; included coffee and breakfast items as well as pantry basics. Great pool and although we shared it with one other family it felt very private. Loved the on site Tesla destination charger.

The property is located on a quiet place some 10 min walk from Montecarlo. The first 300m you need to walk on a road without sidewalk, We had very spacious apartment, which was clean and equipped with everything what we needed. We could easily park on a private parking on the grounds of the property. The place has nice restaurant with magnificent wines from own production.

Breakfast was excellent, not typical for Toscana area we really enjoyed it. The owner was helpful with all information's that we needed to made our stay even more pleasant.

Very peaceful place closed to the nature and the same time closed to the center of Buti. Buti is a small place but the atmosphare of the hilly place is very special. The House is Clean and comfortable for 4 people. The parking place is safe behind the gate of the casa. They have a nice outside shower, and the place is very nice to relax.
