To be honest I don't even have words to describe how incredible our stay was. Never in my life have I met anyone that kind, helpful and good-hearted as Mr.Cusmano. The house is located in this most beautiful scenery you can imagine. The views are spetacular! Pool is cleaned every evening and it's crystal clear. The breakfast is incredible - it's made right then and there. Coffee is something else! I've never tasted a better coffee than the one Mr.Cusmano made us. His will to help us in any situation was so thankworthy. While the streets of Rome are loud and crowded, Tenuta Cusmano is really calming place to just relax and be present. The birds, grasshoppers and gekos are a sign of fresh air and nature - something rare and beautiful in nowdays industrial and busy cities. Also what I loved was a comfortable and large bed with great pillows - there were both soft and firm options. The room had the AC unit and it was very pleasant, as the weather outside was very hot. Overall I'm very happy that we chose Tenuta Cusmano and I really appreciate everything that Mr.Cusmano did for us - it's hard to find someone so genuine and good-hearted in nowdays world and we really appreciate this!

Hotel was wonderful as was the staff. Booked this place as it was 15 minutes from Rome’s Ciampino Airport and we had to leave the hotel for the airport at 5 AM. It seems as though we were in a countryside setting but we were only about 15 minutes from the airport. We really liked the hotel! We would stay here again.

Very relaxing countryside house and great dog! The host even offered the ingredients and recipe to cook your own home-made pasta. The Frascati wine was delicious and the vinyl collection goes great with the atmosphere.

Felt like a country getaway with Tuscany-like views, picturesque rolling hills and Italian country houses, just a close drive from Rome. The highlight of the trip was the owner Regina and her staff: they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and we loved chatting with them. We learned a lot about herbs grown in the garden and were able to taste many in the delicious homemade food for breakfast and dinner. Will definitely come back, thank you Regina!
