The place was perfect. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is good and the cappuccino so delicious. It's really clean everywhere. Angela and her family are top class, so helpful and nice people. Pool is clean and the garden is very beautiful. Our vacation in Sebtember was perfect, thanks to Angela and this beautiful place.

We liked everything - from the location to the facilities. Carlotta was really good host. She recommended us very nice places to eat in the region. My little kid got sick and she told me which hospital to take her. The house and the view have the vibe of Tuscany. It was warm and very clean. I could not be more than happy that we stayed at Casa Carlotta.

What a find! The location is perfect for visiting Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Siena. The home is beautiful, the farm amazing and the family wonderful! We will be back!

A friend and I were on a bike ride and this was our first stop. The owners were great! They cold beers for us and since we had been riding all day offered to take us up the hill to a nice local place for dinner. Great hosts and a very comfortable place to stay!

Everything was wonderful ! The grounds and room accommodations were perfect. Was greeted by the groundskeeper, Rodion, which was very friendly and helpful. Then later we met with the owner, Anna, which was also a great pleasure to speak to. We ended up extending our stay, wish we had more time to relax longer. I had just proposed to my newly fiancé one week prior down south in Capri. Non stop traveling so we extended a night and just spent a day indoors. Went to the local market and had a great relaxing day doing laundry, cooking, taking pictures of the grounds and planning the rest of our trip. The other days we travelled to nearby Montepulciano, Siena, many wineries, Thermal Baths at San Filippo and Cortona. Very central and great location for short drives. Extremely romantic!!!
