The apartment is great, it has unique features because it is built in an old stable. The apartment is spacious and large. The swimming pool is also great. The owner was on location when we came and gave us the key. The owner is very friendly and makes sure he is there when you need him!

We were really 'wowed' when we saw The Masseria - it is very spacious actually had two bedrooms , two receptions and a connecting area to the master bedroom and the rear garden. The property is so airy and clean, and tastefully decorated with what we thought were how authentic Old Masseria's would have. It also has a small kitchenette with a single induction hot plate, perfect for making coffee. The Hosts Nicola and Bibiana are so welcoming. Communication was effortless, for instance as it may be difficult to find the property on your first visit - they sent a set of pictures and clear instructions how to arrive. When we did we had such a warm welcome from Bibiana, who showed us about the property but also some of the older out houses to give us an flavour of how this old farm house worked. Helpfully we also had recommendations for good restaurants from the three nearby cities/towns We had a truly relaxing time, sitting out in the front of the property taking in the views of the orchard around the property, invited to the roof top of the masseria to have a 360 degree views of the beautiful surrounding area. We chose this place from both the great reviews and strategic location of the property - easy to get to other historic places of interest and the beaches. I will definitely return and look forward to the plans of incorporating the old out house used for making Olive oil to a luxury relaxation area. We really appreciated our hosts, they really do want all their guests to feel at home. Nicola and Bibiana-- Thank you xx

Not only was the location really convenient with Close proximity to everywhere we needed to get to from Alberobello to Bari it was made easy. Castellana Grotte was moments away for food shopping and essentials. The accommodation was nothing short of perfect! Every detail Will thought through the craftsmanship of the building was stunning the swimming pool the hot tub the facilities all absolutely impeccable. Paolo was always on hand in case we needed anything however he did send a handy Guide before we stayed which you must read in full because it answers pretty much every question you have. We spent several hours just relaxing by the pool and eating our fresco as well as heading into the towns which were around 20 minutes drive away where the real magic of Italy happens. Definitely coming back next year what an incredible Villa

Absolutely loved our stay at Casale Lillina! The owners, Claudia and Nico, were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is beautiful, and their hospitality just made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place that is spacious and full of charm, in a quiet location with lovely outside seating areas. The house is spotlessly clean and the fridge was full of delicious breakfast items for us to use along with a cake upon our arrival. Probably the best guesthouse we have ever stayed in! Would definitely return and stay for longer as great location for exploring the area and only about 20 minutes from the coast. Thank-you!

This is a wonderful, exquisite , boutique property. Each breakfast was scrumptious and varied. The owners are thoughtful and helpful. It is a central location to Monopoli and Polignano. I can thoroughly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!
