Although it was opened already few years ago inside and outside it looks like it was re-build a year ago (very well maintained). Good location, very close to major attractions of Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Spoleto) but also convenient access to Foligno where you can get some supplies. Apartments are well equipped and your pets are welcomed. They have also a restaurant if you do not want to travel to eat but we have not used it during our stay

The a beautiful historic property was beautifully renovated.The room was spacious with a fabulous panoramic view from the windows. it is on a vista that allows you to see Spello and the olive groves all around. there was a beautiful archway entrance to the pool of heavily blooming gorgeous dark pink roses. It was located in an area that wasn’t heavily populated and was very private. Yet it’s only minutes to the really amazing historic town of Spello. All, truly fabulous! Great made to order breakfast. Fabio the manager prepared it quickly and we’ll made with a smile on his face! We really liked him too!

I really enjoyed our stay at Terra dei Santi! It was such a tranquil space to come back to in between our travels around Spello, Assisi and Perugia. The garden and outside area is lovely with the flowers and Olive Trees, very well kept. And the pool is so relaxing and clean with a beautiful view of Spello in the background. The location is great, it's just outside the center and easy to reach by car and even by foot if needed. The apartment is clean and has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. We could even wash our clothes. Very comfortable parking for your car too. It's great value for money and I would definitely come back to stay here if I visit Spello again. Thank you!
