The view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was good. Had pastries, coffee, juice, and crepes. The staff were really friendly.

A beatifull large garden and a large and great swimmingpool. All rooms are well furnished and nicely decorated each with a private bathroom. Giacinta is a great host, very friendly and helpful. She offered a homemade welcome cake and filled the fridge for us before we arrived. This is very helpful as the nearest supermarket is 10min drive to Orte. Kitchen is very complete, everything you need is there, incl. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, etcetera. There is a nice restaurant (agriturismo) at 10min walking distance. We visited Viterbo (30-min drive) and Orvieto (45-minute drive), which are beautiful cities

11/10 Very good and comfortable appartment. Sergio and Diana are very kind and helpful. We spent 8 days here, enjoyed the pool and the calm, relaxing garden. One of the best places, where we have been Italy. We were 5 all together with 3 children. Our daughter spent a lot of time with there dog, Lola. 🙂 🐶

We, a group of 20 friends, have really enjoyed our stay at Mirko's accomodation. He was a super host, always available on the phone, cleaning the swimming pool thoroughly every day and able to fix all issues, big and small. All terraces around the compound are lovely and numerous. This way you can always choose a spot in the sun or in the shade to your liking. We recommend anyone to stay at Mirko's.

La Locanda della Chiocciola is extremely well cared for and we found it perfect for a restful break away from it all. The pool was lovely and the garden delightful to sit and read and relax in. The meals were excellent, too; the home-cooking with local ingredients was delicious. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay.
