If you're seeking a getaway with some distance from the bustling beachside crowds, this villa with its exceptional location is perfect choice. It is nestled in a peaceful natural setting, surrounded by a forest of olive trees, giving you a true touch of nature. Yet, it's also conveniently close to the island's busier tourist areas, those brimming with souvenir shops, bustling eateries, lively bars, and crowded beaches that often define a destination like this island in general. Remarkably, all these attractions are just a short 5-10 minute drive away from this property. I found this villa to be brilliant in every sense. The spacious house with its inviting interiors, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms maintain a satisfactory standard, in fact well above my expectations. The beds offer a comfortable night's sleep, the well-equipped kitchen and the adjacent outdoor grill area, accompanied by a king-size dining table, provide a perfect setting to finish up your day with your family. Considering the photo’s on booking sites, showing the place, it’s truly the “what you see is what you get” situation. The owners are nice and friendly, they are always ready to help you. You are also safe to take their advice on beaches and eating out, you won’t go wrong with them. And don't miss out on their homegrown products, which range from delicious (and healthy!) jams to their self-produced olive oil – all of exceptional quality!

Everything was literally perfect. The property is beyond gorgeous, pool was incredible, we had TURTLES right outside our door!!!! We got upgraded to the big 3 bedroom house which was breathtaking. Anastasia whatsapped me the day before arrival looking for our arrival time and asked if we needed a taxi. We were coming by ferry into Agios Nikolas port which is a 45 minute drive away so she organised a taxi for us which ended up being a Mercedes Sprinter private transfer with my name on a sheet and all! She also organised our taxi to the airport the following morning. She really organised absolutely everything for us! I've never had this level of service before. Honestly outstanding. Planos is quite a touristy district so you may wish to venture out to Zakynthos town or the outskirts if you like. The property is also only 5 minutes of a walk to a water park which was great fun.

We stayed in the one bedroom villa and it was perfect! The property is set in landscaped gardens with several raised terrace areas to sit and look out at the ocean. There is a small beach bar about 50meters away from the property that is connected to the hotel next door and also a very good restaurant less than 200 yds walk. The property is literally 50meters from the sea and is set in a really quiet and relaxing location. We hired a Quad Bike for a couple of days that was perfect to explore the Island. There is also a very reliable and inexpensive bus service that runs to Zakynthos Town, leaves three times and returns three times each day, the Bus Stop is less than 2 minutes walk from the Villa It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, the Villa is well equipped - coffee machine, great shower, really comfortable mattress etc. The holiday was made extra special because of our host, Dimitrios who was so helpful in explaining everything we needed to know and no ask was too much trouble! Dimitrios also helped us with arranging the Quad Bike and even posted something back to England that I'd accidentally left in the Villa. Will definitely return. The villa, location and Dimitrios were absolutely faultless!

Apartman je veoma prostran i čist, kompletno opremljen. Domaćini su jako ljubazni i uslužni. More je na par minuta hoda, sasvim ok plaža. Kipseli je selo, tako da je smeštaj definitivno za osobe koje vole mir i zvukove prirode. Na par minuta hoda su prodavnica, pekara i dva restorana.

Located in a sleepy village, Ilyessa is quaint, quiet, relaxing. With an infinity pool and views of the ocean, trees and flowers all around, and the absolute BEST hosts we have ever experienced! Dennis and Hara ensured our stay was perfect, from delicious, authentic Greek meals to fantastic drinks, we couldn’t have asked for more!

We were very satisfied with everything. New house. We where only the second guests and stayed there for 6 nights. Reasonable price, very kind and helpfull owners. They gave us homemade products. Well-equipped kitchen. Good base to make trips and comparatively short distance to beaches wherever on the island by car. Very nice location. Zakynthos - we like this island very much. Great beaches, nice warm sea, clear water, good service everywhere, nice people...

Everything! It is my dreamy holiday place to stay :) Quiet, having 5 stand-alone apartments, so you could feel like at home. They are surrounded by GRASS and garden full of flowers which make this place very special. The owner is super helpful - he took us from the airport, rented a car and even printed boarding passes. Pool is super (but you have to mind wasps drinking water from it!). The big aquapark is suited nearby. Good place to visit the whole island. Higly recommended!
