A very cosy, clean, warm and well-appointed cottage right next to a lovely country pub, serving very good food! Kristie the owner was very welcoming and the added bonus of being able to bring our dogs was great. There is a dog walk on site which was very useful. Although next to a main road, it is quiet at night and there was absolutely no noise at all from the pub. Would highly recommend as either a stopover or base for a trip to Cheltenham or Gloucester.

Room was clean and bed comfy. Room was quite a large size too. Staff were super friendly and it was close enough to the event we were staying in Gloucester for too. Our room was on the ground floor and was very quiet. Lovely stay.

Very quiet rural location. High standard of furniture and fixtures. Visiting out of season we were the only guests and it was very peaceful, but I imagine it would be buzzing when all the units are occupied.

From check to check out the staff were great, friendly and polite. Room was better than expected. Lashings of hot shower and bath water. Huge comfortable bed. Very peaceful, quiet night. Both slept well. Hot grill van up and running, very nice. Exceptional patio area. Only disappointment was no breakfast available.

The hotel is situated n a quiet location on top of a hill with great far reaching views over the countryside. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a good quality breakfast and also ate in the restaurant in the evenings. The evening meals were exceptionally good. There were plenty of hand sanitisers around and we felt confident in the covid precautions taken. Highly recommend this hotel.
