Facilities, staff, cleanliness. The house was tastefully decorated. And the owners were very hospitable and amiable. Breakfast was delicious - toast, butter, cheese, jams, honey, apple juice with no added sugar (all locally produced) and homemade yogurt by inner of the sisters.
