We were lucky to find this property in August. We stayed only one night, is not far from the highway and close to the city. Eli, the owner was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was great too.

If you like being in the countryside, this place is truely amazing. It is located very remotely, some 5 min driving outside the Village of Urnieta. It is surrounded by the green basque hills with wonderfull views and has itself a large green garden which is available to be used. Getting into San Sebastián takes some 15-20 minutes. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live in the rear part of the house. The appartment was very cosy and clean. There is a full kitchen and beds are good. A tasty local breakfast is served for an extra fee.

Host was very friendly, house was very clean, breakfast was delicious!! The gardens were beautiful and had the sweetest cat roaming around!! The views were stunning in the morning.

Everything was amazing, rooms, breakfast, atmosphere,... everything, but the best on this stay was owner - Monica. She is the biggest plus of this trip. She is so helpful and friendly. I really recommended tihs place! Thank you!

The staff is very friendly, they showed us all their recommendations for things to do in the City, and were always very kind. You can easily get to San Sebastian/Donostia and Hendaia from the hotel (direct metro line). My sister and I definitely recommend this hotel!

A gorgeous villa in the most beautiful peaceful location set in lovely gardens in the countryside, beautiful swimming pool with towels provided and lots of sun loungers. We loved the outside seating areas especially the terrace by the kitchen where sat every night. Lovely comfortable bedrooms with lots of pillows and soft bedding, two good doubles, one twin and one twin/triple with loads of wardrobe space. Three very nice bathrooms. Good proper big bath sheets! Well equipped kitchen and a basement kitchen, plus fabulous games room for the kids. The week went too fast! The villa is a few minutes from Andoain where there are supermarkets etc. and near San Sebastián and lots of beaches. We ran out of time to do everything! Would book this lovely place again without hesitation thank you so much Patricia 🙂

Checking in with Judith was easy and efficient. In fact Judith exceeded all our expectations with regards to tips on local sights, restaurants, and the surrounding area. Bravo. The room offered generous dimensions...a state of the art bathroom and an enormous terrace from which one could consume the magnificent vistas. Definitely a accommodation facility exceptional!!!
