How can you go wrong with a 12th century fort? The food was excellent and the service very accommodating. we arrived on a rainy day and the staff built a fire and kept adding logs. we were given an extra blanket and an electric radiator for the stone-walled room.

The host is very friendly and we had chatted a long time and enjoyed a good company. The parking is in front of the property and to reach it you need to drive through a small narrow road.
