Lovely staff who go out of their way to help you. Even arranged a vet's appointment for tapeworm treatment for our dog to be able to return to uk. Beautiful food all organic and locally sourced . Fantastic location for walking and nature.. Saw a wild boar in the garden late one evening and deer and lots of redstarts among other birds . Also convenient for ferry terminal at Bilbao. So friendly and Marco and Jan are a very good team.

We enjoyed talking to Olga, thank you for very valuable information on the surroundings, worthwhile excursions, and the Basque country and history! Our kid loved to play with the dogs and cats, he was also allowed to "shepherd" the sheep and collect fresh eggs from the chicken.
