Very good location, close to Fuente Dé and Potes. In the center of Espinama, with access to supermarkets, restaurants and a bar. One of the rooms were really great in size with a lovely balcony.

This charming guest house is perfectly located at the base of Los Picos de Europa, equal distance between the vibrant town of Potes and the cable car at Fuente Dé. Great continental breakfast, very nice host. Perfect for hikers, bicyclists and those just wanting to experience the quiet countryside.

The size of the apartment was great! and the size of the kitchen! Excellent! Quiet area! Washing machine. good parking spot. a lot of place for our things.

Exceptionally clean. Obviously the pride of the owner. Fresh flowers and greenery throughout. Access to common areas that were spacious and comfortable.

Lovely restored old house, with lots of interesting features. Very well equipped and stocked, with lots of space for 3 couples - we effectively had a private suite each. The views of the surrounding hills and mountains were fabulous. Nice little bar with good food at the bottom of the road. Its a 20/25minute drive to Fuente De, 5 or 10 mins back to Potes, so you needed a car to get about. We would certainly return.

We like the vibe of the hotel it felt like being visiting relatives. The hotel is small and the owner is the one that serves the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is simple but with just what you need for a fresh start. She makes some fresh pastries that were very good. The room was very spacious and adequate for my husband, me and 11 year old daughter.
