Great host, my partner spoke to her in Spanish and she was incredibly helpful and gave great advice. The cakes are delicious and it's really close to the basilica. If you want to go on a walk to the lakes, get a return taxi for £12. You can't drive there.

Don’t let the name (hostel) fool you. We had a big private room with wood floors and incredible views (it appears all the rooms would have a good view). The hotel itself reminds me of the classic lodges at Crater Lake and Grand Canyon. Excellent.

Small place in picturesque and convenient location. Friendly host, nice breakfast. The host helped us to park near the hotel as it was on Sunday and the parking was full. Bus stop for the lakes is less than 10 minutes walk. WiFi worked fine.

Friendly cleaning lady, and patient breakfast staff (in the hotel). Location is quite good -- quiet village not far from the turning up to Covadonga. But I would stay in Cangas de Onis next time.

Very quite and beautiful place full of nature. The house is very well taken care of with common area including fridge, coffee machine and basics for preparing your breakfast. Very family like experience. We loved it and will go back if in Asturias.

A wonderful stay!...a most beautiful and peaceful place with Patricia the host super attentive, helpful and kind. Our corner room had two large windows with a spectacular view of the mountains and beautiful landscape. All was extremely clean and top quality.
