Ellen and her family are the kindest hosts you could ask for! They were very communicative and helped us get to the accommodation, as well as helping us once we were there. Accommodation was clean and it feels like a very safe place. For anyone traveling from oversees - Ellen asks for a 50% deposit which you need to transfer via a payment service. This is normal for Ecuador and you can trust her :-). Olon and the beach is amazing, great surfing any many cute cafes. Would recommend!

Also close to restaurants etc. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had a hot shower. The bed linen was changed during our stay. Strong wifi and a large communal kitchen for cooking.

He puts a lot of attention to details and I enjoyed the beautiful garden and numerous facilities, such as board games, ping pong table or the hammocks a lot. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space to cook and mingle - another plus! The location is equally great: very close to the beach and the village, but quiet and safe. The jacuzzi was very nice. I think it is very necessary to arrive by car in order to be able to move around since the lodge is in a nice quiet place, but quite far away from the beach.

The rooms are lovely and have an excellent view of the jungle and beach! Tania is an incredible hostess, so friendly and helpful, made my stay so much more enjoyable and relaxing.
