We had a wonderful time at the property! It was the perfect place for our family (six adults). The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to enjoy breakfasts around the kitchen table and dinners on the well-appointed patio. An amenity we did not expect - there was an assortment of wines, beers, and other refreshments available for purchase which was especially nice on the evening of our arrival. On our second evening there was an issue with not having hot water - apparently the boiler was having technical difficulties. We emailed the owners at 22:30, and by 9:30 the next morning the technician had already been there to fix the issue. The owner's responsiveness was impressive which we so appreciated! The location is amazingly situated - about 25 minutes from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau (just over the border in Germany) and only about 10 minutes from Ehrenberg castle, fortress, and ruins. Our time at the chalet was magical - thank you to the owners and our host Gerda!

Blev uppringd för att få meddelande om att man checkade in på ett annat hotell. Mycket trevligt bemötande. Fick där en kod för att komma in på detta obemannade boende. Lugnt område med parkering utanför dörren. Väldigt bra frukostlåda levererades till oss och vi fick tillgång till ett kök med gratis kaffe/te. Toppen för oss som skulle bo en natt på genomresa.

We loved it here!! Had a few beautiful days, perfect location of the appartement, langlauf loipe next to the house, busstop also. Possibility to get nice fresh bread from the bakery every morning. We were with 3, my father and my friend. My father's one person bedroom had a separate bathroom which was a pleasant surprise to him. Kitchen was small but perfect. Very silent. Just couldn't be better!

The room was clean and had a balcony with a fantastic view to the mountains. The breakfasts were very tasty.

Located at the edge of town with great views from the balcony. Excellent breakfast including homemade preserves and baked goods. The host got to know the guests, went out of her way to make sure they had what they needed, and have personalized info about things they might like doing in the area.
