The welcoming when I arrived was warm and friendly. The supper I enjoyed before the buffet was served was tasty and well prepared. The breakfast was outstanding. All the staff behaved professionally with dignity and kindness. The room had a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight of my excursion. The view on the mountains and the silence nature provided was a wonderful spiritual experience.

Room was basic but comfortable (tea and coffee facilities, but no fridge). Parking on site. Very safe town even at night, Load shedding was not an issue while we were there (lights remained on). Breakfast was exceptional and by far the best we had on our trip with lots of home made options. Dinner was also very good. Easy walk to the main street (5 min).
Pear Tree Cottage is a small garden cabin located north-facing the Storms River peak and surrounded by vegetation and a natural pond. Free WiFi access and parking are available.

Absolutely gorgeous and interesting Town with the earnest loveliest people in South Africa! We can’t wait to return. Village Inn is top class superb in every way! Can’t wait to return thanks to the lovely staff!
Great location and very secure. Love the horses next door, as it creates a wonderful farm/countryside atmosphere. House is large with DSTV, Wifi and even an arcade style games console for the kids when it rains. Braai facilities are a bonus. A lot of accommodation with 4 single beds and two big ones. Private parking and quiet location. Perfect for visiting Storms River Village and Tsitsikamma area and surrounds.
Great location with plenty to do in the village setting, such as Segway rides through the forest.
The room was big and airy with a bath and a shower, greatly appreciated after a day's hiking in the nearby Tsitsikamma National Park.
The pub is very traditional and the staff friendly. Personally I wasn't so keen on the dead animals mounted on the walls.
It's a very basic accommodation in Stormrivier, not far from bar and restaurants. If someone wants to have a day visit to Tsitsikamma national park, StormRivier is a good spot. The hut was built in local style and can be lovely in good weather, but not in winter or summer.
This place is recommended just for very tight budget travelers.
The location on the outskirts of the village was very convenient. It is an easy walk down to the centre of the village for access to other facilities of Stormsrivier. Staff were very friendly.and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was very spacious.and private, surrounded by gardens, and had a wonderful view from the porch
Very friendly hosts. Great accommodation, spacious, 2 toilets, very comfortable beds, everything is available in the kitchen. Lovingly furnished and there is even a stove for cold days. The hosts also gave us little extras, such as milk and apples. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank you once again.
The staff were so friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a number of different options. the property is easy to find and very close to The Big Tree and Storms River Mouth. would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be coming back!
Tsitsikamma Backpackers is well located in the lovely town of Stormsrivier! The staff is lovely, and the place is heartwarming. It is super close to the amazing SanPark of Tsitsikamma which really deserves a day for trekking and activities.
Someone always at reception. Feels safe. Good set up although it’s winter so hard to appreciate the pool and fire pit. Easy to meet people. Help arranged a taxi combi to Tsitsikamma. Close to restos. Friendly staff.
A spectacular location. Swallows Nest is beautiful, definitely home away from home. The gardens are pretty with a swimming pool. Lots to do in and round Storms River and Tsitsikamma is just 5 minutes away.
The owner and the staff were amazing. Felt sad leaving like we were leaving family. There was a whole common area with board games. Restaurat were within walking distance. Such a charming little village.
Great atmosphere, a friendly staff. The family cottage was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. We loved the furnace. The breakfast was nice. The area is rural and the village itself is nice to visit.
Beautiful gardens. Located with easy access to the highway, the Stormsriver Village and the Stormrivers Mouth. Delicious breakfast. Warm beds great in winter
