El personal és espectacular: des de recepció als cambrers i cuiners, tots i cada un d'ells són excel·lents. L'hotel és molt acollidor, t'hi sents com a casa des del primer moment. La decoració és molt càlida: fustes nobles, pedra... i tenen un restaurant súper-bo i molt reconegut (gràcies a Déu es poden demanar mitges racions). Només veure el que entra i surt del forn de llenya saps que menjaràs com un rei. L'engegen a primera hora pels esmorzars i no l'apaguen fins que acaben els sopars. Tenen també un restaurant amb el mateix nom a Pristina, que també hi vam anar.
