This hotel was fabulous! I got in late and only stayed for a few hours before flying out of Noi Bai in the morning and my stay was great. Amazing air conditioning and super clean and updated bathroom, huge bed and super clean and large room over all. The staff was so amazing and accommodating and even upgraded me for free. Exceeded my expectations. Also included a free transfer to the airport in the morning! Thank you for a wonderful stay, definitely will be back if I am ever flying in or our of Noi Bai.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant, but there were a couple of issues that affected my experience. The washroom had a leaking water issue, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the door to the washroom didn't close properly, which was a minor inconvenience in terms of privacy. However, aside from these issues, everything else about the hotel was satisfactory.
