The staff was very friendly. And the facilities and cleanliness of the property are both top-notch in the area. In particular, the prices at the restaurant next to the hotel are cheaper than those nearby. And like hotels in Thailand and Southeast Asia, a bidet with a hose is installed. Very clean.

I loved everything about the stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. The location was a 5 mins drive to the old city or 20 minutes walk. The breakfast spread was amazing and honestly one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel in Uzbekistan. The staff was friendly and so helpful especially the two male receptionists. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in khiva. You won't regret it. The staff helped me book my flights back to Tashkent and honestly went above and beyond to help us.

The minaret inside the hotel is a massive highlight, possibly one of the best views of Khiva from outside of the old walled town. A spectacular view at sunset and all from within the hotel.
For the price we paid, which may have a been a bargain last minute (but still only slightly more than we have been paying on average), we haven’t had a better stay in three weeks in Uzbekistan.
Breakfast was fantastic with a full buffet of fruit, cold meats, yoghurt and cooked food, plus freshly cooked eggs and even a coffee machine.
Two members of staff in particular were great! Mensura (may have spelt this wrong) and another young man, whose English was fantastic, were both brilliant and were always willing to help. Both deserve a special thanks.

Really kind host Ulughbek who spoke excellent English.
Recommended some good restaurants. Arranged a taxi from Urgench and to Khiva train station at not a ridiculous cost. Also assisted with us using public transport and allowed us to take our own food from the supermarket up to his rooftop to enjoy the sunset.
Perfect location for all the sights

A lovely hotel in an old, traditional building that has been nicely converted and restored. All the rooms open onto a courtyard where we had breakfast, and could sit and relax. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was individually served, and plentiful. The room was large and well equipped, with a comfortable bed. The room was very quiet, despite being near a busy road. The old town of Khiva is around 5 minutes steady walk from the hotel, so the location was excellent.
