Staff was amazing under bad situations
Elevators stopped working and power went out twice while there
water in shower was very low pressure needs to be looked at
Some people said no hot water in Sunday I just used Saturday and it was low pressure
Again staff was cool under pressure some guests were being asses
Personally didn’t enjoy waking up to floor 7 everytime we were doing something
Torn meniscus for me so was a bit rough on me but I saw people with children and special needs people and people with canes so I felt worst for them
Honestly staff was very transparent and did anything in their power without much help from central office in my opinion from what I could tell
so they should be highly recognized and acknowledged for that - not their fault and
I although I got breakfast for free I feel like there should be some voucher beyond a 15 dollar breakfast should be offered to anyone that was there that day and night before

Location to so many things, Fenway especially. Everyone was very helpful, the room was big, comfortable bed & great shower.
Hotel was just what was needed for this trip. Lots of restaurants and shops just across the road, the only problem we had was the taxi from the airport. Driver didn't t seem to know where to go . We had to get directions his phone for him

It was 170 metres from the Subway. There were a range of shops and eateries, which because of the length of our stay we couldn't avail ourselves of. It is close enough to the city to make it a short shot to the major things you would like to do. The subway is very good and comprehensive enough for our needs. It was a friendly place which I would recommend to anyone.

I didn't like this hotel, it was not set up for travellers, but more for the convenience of the hotel. No breakfast apart from pastries and coffee, no drinking water in the room (I could get it from gym fountain according to reception).

Somerville has several squares where shops, restaurants, and bars are concentrated. The larger squares have T stops (red or green), or there are lots of bus routes (or of course uber, but it can get really traffick-y with a decent amount of road work, bikes, and narrow streets). If you're looking to get off the beaten path, Somerville feels like it has fewer students than Cambridge and fewer tourists than Boston. Try Inman Square for cute little shops, or Union Square for views of Boston from Prospect Hill Park or bars with live local music most nights of the week. Places like Bow Market, Field & Vine, or Winterhill Brewing are kind of tucked away and really feel like you've discovered a gem. Somerville has lots of local breweries, and a lot of the liquor stores have great craft/local beer selections. Assembly Square is basically a mall, but has lots of parking and some good restaurants.

I was visiting my daughter and her family who were just a five minute walk away, so it was perfect for me. There are several good eating places in the Davis Square area. It's a very walkable neighborhood and easy to get around.

We walked across the hotel parking lot to eat dinner our first night at 99 Restaurant & Pub and enjoyed it so much we ate there all four nights of our stay! Great food, good service. Had some trouble navigating the Boston area.
The hotel is in a house which is run by a family. The rooms are spacious and you can feel that host though about all details, near the bed, is USB chargers and British outlets. Breakfast is served in the kitchen and it's quite interesting to sit down at one table with other guests. The hotel has an easy lock system which is based on your mobile number, the metro station is just around the corner which gives easy access to the city center, as well square near the hotel has pubs and restaurants. The surroundings are silent and calm.
We loved the apartment, located on a quiet road in Somerville about 20 mins walk from Union Square subway station. The apartment was very pleasant, clean, modern, tastefully decorated and quiet. There was a beautiful sitting room, a large and well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful shower in the small but cleverly set-out bathroom. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of electric sockets and lighting. The host was communicative and helpful and the on-street parking was very useful.
We were delighted with its location--close to the airport ($30 taxi), about 5-minute walk from the T to Boston, and right next door to a shopping area with restaurants and Trader Joe's for getting snacks. The refrigerator and microwave were convenient. Breakfasts were all we could want. The lobby had coffee and tea available any time. The hotel's shuttle to return to the airport was convenient.
We stayed for 4 days and we really liked the place, the hosts Cristina and Steven were very attentive at all times giving the best advice on what to do. The place is very clean and the breakfast is adequate to start the day. The area is close to the city and full of restaurants and shops, the train stop is super close. We liked it a lot and we will surely return Adriána and Susana from Spain - NYC
The hotel was brand new and beautifully designed, the lobby and the room were really nice, clean and stylish. The room was spacious and has everything I would need. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is very close to Harvard Campus (5 min uber) and exceeded my expectations.
Nice location, great interior design of the hotel (both lobby and room), friendly and helpful staff (Ani at the reception was really nice and spoke my language), comfortable room, cool amenities available (pool, fitness), and generally just a pleasant place.
The staff were amazing and always helpful and friendly! The room was a generous size and very clean and quiet. The food at Josephine's was excellent as was the service. The location was within easy walking to Harvard and area, easy access to Boston.
Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. I liked the fact that you can ask a take away breakfast if you are in a rush. The location is in a new part of Boston area full of outlet shops. 10 min from Boston centre and 5 min from Somerville center
Location,6 minute walk to metro station. The Burlington and Tj max shopping stores and trader joe supermarket in front of the hotel are very nice. There is children play ground, restaurants, cafe, shopping stores and so much more around the area.
Location was good, bus to Harvard is next to the hotel and subway station to the city centre 10 min away.
The bed was really comfortable.
Breakfast was nice even though not so much variety and no fruit or vegetable.
It is a nice house located in a very nice neighborhood with vibrant surroundings nearby. It can be reached by public transportation and exploring the surrounding area is very easy. The host is very attentive.
Great location and very affordable compared with surrounding hotels. Right in the trendy Assembly Row, with quick access to the T. Walking along the Mystic River was a nice way to start the day.
All in all no bad experiences. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel got a bit old in all the years but everything was clean. Also not too far from metro line, only 6-8min walk.
Good breakfast <=> good value for the extra cost for the room.
The hotel is flexible and allowed me an early check-in without any problem.
Overall good value for the price
