Solvang is pretty and green in the spring.
Solvang is pretty and green in the spring. The summer will be hot and dry! Even in March, many tourists were in town. The unfortunate side effect is that some local restaurant staff could be a LOT nicer.
Vin & Mad has an incredible dinner for us! I recommend this restaurant but be prepared for stairs and an uphill if you are traveling with someone that may have limited mobility.
Breakfast can be challenging, long waits even in the off season.
Parking can be a challenge for those with mobility issues as well.

So much fun! Plenty to do.
So much fun! Plenty to do. Staying on Mission had me in walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, and fun. Loved the architecture and everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend a trip to Solvang.

Cute little Central Cal town where studio writers for LA go...
Cute little Central Cal town where studio writers for LA go on retreats, and throngs of tourists visit the O.G. Danish-looking town. The architecture is different than anything in CA, and there is a labyrinth of shops and restaurants to explore. So many great options peppered with wine tasting and beautiful vistas nearby. Dolce Café has amazing coffee and a unique menu of baklava, breakfasts, sandwiches and ice cream. Peasant's Feast came recommended by Michelin and went above and beyond. The Coyote Creek Inn serves as a wonderful wedding venue. But mostly, getting lost in the alleyways around town is always so much fun!
Solvang is a great stop between LA and San Luis Obispo. Two nights in perfect, three if you wanna move more slowly.

Fantastic, quaint little town in beautiful countryside.
Fantastic, quaint little town in beautiful countryside. Every single person we met in town was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The town itself is extremely pet friendly and tourists everywhere has their dogs with them.
The Landsby was a very cute hotel, matching the esthetic of Solvang. We stayed in a spacious room with a queen bed and the price was very good. The hotel had a bar/restaurant on the lobby level. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit, wether it was a steak house, a good breakfast place, or numerous wine tasting places or pastry shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
This place is real gem in Solvang. Located short walking distance to downtown yet located in the quiet area, which really fulfill what we need. Added they give little touch by providing complimentary cookie dog and meal bowl amenity for our Goldie that I personally think very thoughtful.
The breakfast is quite decent with some good amount of varieties.
Absolutely everything. From the friendly staff to undercover parking with lift up to the rooms, huge room, comfortable bed, happy hour and a sensational restaurant! Perfect location in easy walking distance to everything in town.
Happy hour was fab - cocktails and starter all discounted. Helpful and friendly staff at every station in this hotel.
great location. Lovely rooms with all the best amenities. The staff is outstanding! This was the nicest accommodations of our whole trip! We won't stay anywhere else but Hotel Corque when in Solvang in the future. Everything was immaculate and so comfortable. Double sinks in the bathroom made it so easy!
everything especially the style and sophistication of the whole hotel! more than value for money here one of the best hotels we stayed in out of the 8 we did along the pacific coast trip through the states. would go back for a holiday in this destination again loved it! just wish our stay was longer.
Clean, cozy room with high ceiling, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, 2-person shower stall. The bed was quite comfortable. Very close to downtown Solvang. The contactless check-in and check-out via phone was convenient. Overall I would stay again.
I have honestly never seen two rooms like these! They were absolutely huge!! We were given suites and although a bit dated, we’re spotlessly clean and had every possible amenity. Free parking. Very close to the centre of Solvang.
absolutely LOVE M Solvang! friendly staff, well-kept rooms, love the quiet and the view of the garden it made us feel very calm and relaxed. walkable to downtown, so lovely to have met the owner during the stay :)
Location was amazing - right in downtown Solvang. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub are a plus because it gets hot in the summer. Free Danish pastry breakfast! Loads of parking on site.
Large room, table and 2 chairs. 2 luggage holders and coffee in room. Parked right outside the door, very convenient. Morel was quiet and close to all the downtown attractions.
Exceptionally comfortable room. The bed was extremely comfortable - like, beyond any hotel I've ever stayed at before. The hotel renovations were really top notch.
