The grounds were stunning, and the building has been well maintained as a way to preserve the amazing history of such an old building. The staff was really wonderful and friendly. The meal I got in the restaurant was hands down the most delicious gnocchi I have ever had the pleasure of eating. And the mattresses are genuinely extremely comfortable and the perfect firmness.
This historical Hotel was built when Seaview was founded in 1882. The Enchanted Cottages by the Sea has a long history of being the place to stay for your beach vacation.

EVERYTHING was perfect! The beds were super, with lots of extra blankets. The cottage is so cute and perfect for a small group or family. Communication was easy and prompt. Will definitely be back. The location is great, with shops, great beaches in both directions, and even a light house to go see. You can't go wrong!

The staff was exceedingly accommodating! This property is a tucked-away gem. Our vision of a quiet getaway was fulfilled. The in-room Nespresso machine provided a bold coffee beverage to start the day.

I lived in Long Beach for 4 yrs., loved it that’s why I returned. The choice of hotel was enough to ruin my much needed rest and tranquility. It was the worst value for the money I have ever spent on a room, no exaggeration. I had to drive 4 hours home after getting zero sleep due to the noise, lousy bed, no air conditioning and a window you can’t close. Even having a coffee maker would have been a nice gesture, but nothing. I just wanted out of there, it smelled like stinky feet too, YUK!

The longest beach in the world should be visited given the opportunity, can drive on the beach here too. Small communities w nice folks. Found plenty of good food and fun shops. Washington sales taxes and the peninsula isolation does drive gas and goods costs up some. If you enjoy clamming this is it!!

Loved it..
Loved it.. My husband loved the abundance of reading material on the history of the area. It was only three miles from the kite festival in Long Beach which is why we were visiting. What a wonderful experience. Looking forward to next year. Seaview was great because it was away from the congestion and crowds. We found plenty of parking available to the festival. It's a walk but we enjoyed it. I'm a cook so we enjoyed cottage cooked meals with lots of fresh seafood and side dishes. The TV was large And we enjoyed some great old movies on TCM. Also great walking and hiking trails. Loved the people watching.

Seaview is the southern "town" in a string of villages along the western shore of Long Beach peninsula; you probably won't know which town you're actually in, but it won't matter. The astonishingly long north-south beach is accessible from any of them, and in many places you can drive on the beach, right along side the ocean waves. Restaurants run the gamut from fast food to gourmet, Mexican to Thai, and we've yet to find a bad one. Festivals, events and concerts fill the summer, but come in late August for the International Kite Festival, and we think you'll come back. Worked for us, anyway!

Peaceful, convenient to town, clean, fully stocked with many extras, spectacular view. Will be back next year! Long Beach Tavern has great food. Astoria Bowpicker is a must. They serve tuna fish and chips.
I generally stay in Washington state parks. This was my first time ever staying in a private park. It was clean and very close to a state park quality except spacing. If you’re looking for state park level privacy then you probably wouldn’t like this much. We stayed in a yurt right next to a tether ball and we could hear every word as if they were right in our room so if that bothers you then skip this location. Otherwise great for groups and families, AWESOME location! Very short walk to the beach
Upon driving up, this hotel stands out instantly with so much charm. The staff were very friendly and provided flawless service. The restaurant downstairs has beautiful food and was so great to just walk upstairs to retire to the room. The rooms were very charming and cozy. Well appointed amenities. The spa services and pool access at Adrift was very nice. Recommend to go to also go to the restaurant at Adrift as they have uninterrupted views of the coast!
Loved the claw-foot bath - nice and deep. The kitchen was adorable and very serviceable for vacation cooking needs. For being near a main drag, it was very quiet. Loved how it was within walking distance of Long Beach and also very close to Seaview’s own little beautiful spots and eating places (highly recommend The Depot Restaurant!). We hardly drove anywhere; we just walked.
It was so sweet and simple. Anyone who wouldn’t want to go through the hassle of being up in a hotel and wanted a quiet place to stay, this is definitely it. I will be coming back! My boyfriend and I stayed in the studio room and even though we were wall neighbors with one room, as long as your respectful of quiet time, there won’t be a problem. We loved it!
Wanted a reasonable place with a kitchenette near Astoria, this was lovely, a one bedroom cabin with a bathroom (shower only), kitchenette and living room, not far from the beach and a walking trail from the site. It was a half hour drive to Astoria, and it's a beautiful drive
Very clean, comfortable and modern design with more than enough room for our family. The kids loved the bunk bed and the view is truly amazing and the owners are so nice and respond promptly. Great value for this place, we will definitely return to the amazing seaview!
This historical hotel is very charming with hospitable staff. The fact that they are owned by Adrift is great, as you can rent bikes, use the pool and sauna, and do a spirit tasting all for free at their main property.
It was perfectly located near the beach, parks and shopping. Easy to find and staff was friendly. Windows had screens and curtains for privacy but the sliding door could have used a screen. The shower was decent.
Our stay at Seaview Cottages was excellent. We were upgraded to a larger room as we stayed on Valentines day. The owner was super friendly and available during our stay and would definitely come again.
