The hotel sits in the perfect location downtown. You can walk to all the many amazing shops and/or restaurants. The room I had smelt wonderful and was immaculately clean. I booked online and the Red Roof Inn offered a fantastic price.

Very small casino and resort but very nice and quiet rooms. Once we shut our door to our room we couldn't hear a thing. Nice big rooms along with comfy beds. Location wasn't the best . Just not much to do around there but if you have the time Van Buren and Fort Smith are about 15 minutes away I believe. We did some antique shopping there and had a great visit. Definitely will visit again. Really nothing negative to say.

The town itself is very small and no real shopping advantages, but the Interstate Inn is close by some eating establishments. The four star restaurant was our favorite place locally to eat and adjacent to the Cherokee Casino. No problem getting on or off Interstate I-40.

Rooms are a little less than standard but same price as new...
Rooms are a little less than standard but same price as new or luxurious. Water pressure was low and curtains in room wouldn’t close. They do not offer you a blanket in your room unless you ask for it which makes no sense since there are sheets on the bed. They charge for typically standard complementary items.

I wasn't informed there was additional money that was taking from bank account, when I got back home and saw my bank account I called them, that took a bit. Finally got refunded. I didn't have that experience the first time. I guess you call that hidden stuff, and to think when I got the final bill from the checkout that would be it. I got surprised. That will only happen to me once there.

I give them props for always being cheerful and willing to help. The room was comfortable and very homey. I did love the location. It was right off I40, next to a truck stop. The room was in excellent condition. There was good counter space next to the sink. It was a short walk to restaurants. The hotel was not "in-town" so the restaurants were from various chains. the room was quiet even though it was close to the highway.
