The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was located conveniently right off I-20 and we could walk to the Waffle House and Circle K. It was quiet and away from traffic. We didn’t stay to eat breakfast but it was provided.
Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to make three trips to the front desk before I was able to settle into a room. The first set of keys didn't work and the first room either wasn't cleaned (the bed was unmade) or wasn't empty (I checked in after 9pm). There was a great deal of activity in the lobby after 9am and as a solo female traveler, I didn't feel very safe after three trips to the lobby when anyone watching could tell I was having issues. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Cleanliness of room.
Booked for king sized bed.
Cleanliness of room.
Booked for king sized bed. Entered our room to two double beds. Arrived around 9 pm, exhausted and grieving because we were there for a memorable service the next morning. To exhausted to deal with the matter. Not sure if we will stay at another Super 8 due to the fact can't trust them on giving me the room that I booked and even received confirmation on.

Pearl has limited restaurants unless you like fast food.
Pearl has limited restaurants unless you like fast food. It does have a WalMart. Kind of a depressed area but then so is most of the other cities around it. There is an outlet mall which is kind of nice. It is ok for a short stay while passing through.

the room accommodations were great.
the room accommodations were great. I loved the sizing of the room and the kitchen was perfect. I wish the stay was longer to enjoy the room more. My fur baby Chase enjoyed the spacious flooring being that he is so hyper and loves play time.

They did not cancel my reservation even though I canceled it...
They did not cancel my reservation even though I canceled it in their lobby. Then on the second night of my stay they failed to clean my room I had to go to front desk and get clean towels. Then they billed my card for the stay I canceled.

Very cozy atmosphere.
Very cozy atmosphere. First time ever visiting Mississippi, and it will not be my last! We had a wonderful visit with family and friends. The hotel was pet friendly, and it was some amazing animals to talk about. Very welcoming Residence Inn by Marriott.
Everything about the hotel, once we got past booking.com's horroble customer service was top notch. I gave them all 10's and have never donebthat before. Not one thing was even a tiny bit bad and clean exceeded my picky standards. Staff was great and ammenities well planned and placed. The coffee in room and at the breakfast bar was truly good coffee. I seldom drink coffee at a hotel. We had to leave by 6 30 so did not try their breakfast but based on every other detail, i am sure it was excellent.
Within two years of work, I stay at this hotel for the second time and every time it makes me happy! I like the cleanliness, its location, the silence. Everything you need is in the room in order to spend time and relax. I think that the price and quality correspond. I recommend 100%.
I liked my room and all that came with it and I liked the hotel location. My room was very clean and for the most part the hotel was very pleasant and quiet. But sadly I will never be back to this location and I will explain why in the did not like section.
They overcharged me for having a pet! My dog is a registered ESA and they insisted I pay $25.00. Other motels charged $20.00 or waived the fee because she was registered ESA! I reported them to the state of Mississippi Attorney Generals. Office.
every thing is good. But the additional $25.00 was not returned to my card that has been deposited for security deposit. Otherwise nothing was wrong inn the hotel. and still i need my money if there is no broken things in the hotel.
Thank you.
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was great and so was the location. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel and it is only 5 miles from the airport. The hotel was well marked and easy to find.
Room was ready on arrival, staff was all so very helpful, breakfast was very good - appreciate that you had it. Based on your new cleaning policies, we did request used towels be picked up and clean ones brought. That was done.
The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was located conveniently right off I-20 and we could walk to the Waffle House and Circle K. It was quiet and away from traffic. We didn’t stay to eat breakfast but it was provided.
The facility and amenities were up to par. The room was clean and updated. The breakfast had a decent variety of options. I have no complaints about the accommodations accept for an issue I had with a certain staff member.
I stayed in four hotels in Missouri oved a four day trip. Sleep Inn was as nice as the most expensive hotel of the week and was 45% cheaper and far nicer than anything else in its price range. I would highly recommend it.
The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was amazing. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. Sleep Inn had a very nice size TV. I enjoyed the two nights that I was there and just might stay another night.
The hotel does the white bag breakfast, but the desk staff help me with a selection that was either a cold meal (cereal) or hot (biscuits) you have to microwave. Great going to work breakfast
They’re Amazing! I ordered two rooms for my family, the front desk assigned us two adjoining rooms which, to our great credit, were interlinked (optional)! Love them so much 👍👍👍👍👍
