Great place to stay! Absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet. Many things to do on the property (pay for and free) if you wish. Zion NP is 25 minute drive from the property. Hiking trails leading to Zion also. Free breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner were great as well. Staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Bed and room (stayed in Conestoga wagon) were clean and comfortable. Room had adequate heating but if weather was colder than than 35 degrees it would have been hard to keep warm but we were comfortable with multiple blankets and the heaters. It was truly the perfect place to be!

Older motel, looks unassuming from the highway - what an absolute gem! Room was spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Good value for the money. Lobby "check-in" is also a rock shop, and had some
absolutely outstanding fossils. Location has small café, open for
breakfast and lunch, but not dinner. Would stay again!

The ranch is really really nice.
We stayed in the ranch Aug 23 and it's the best we have done since the beginning of our road trip.
We had a very nice moment and also appreciated the kindness of Lobby team and restaurant team.
Lodges are huge and very comfortable.
Breakfast is perfect as well, quality and choices available makes the difference.
I'm generally not giving reviews on Hotel/Accomodations but when it's really nice place, I do.
Thanks to the Zion Ranch Team
Staff could not have been nicer. The room was very spacious and very clean. It was unfortunate that the restaurant had to close for a couple of days of our stay but we enjoyed the meals we had there. Loved the quirkiness of the restsurantcand the fact that although it's part of a chain it still feels very much like a family run hotel and you feel personally cared for as a guest. It was in an ideal location for Zion and Bryce Canyon and we also enjoyed a visit to Kanab too.
This hotel is conveniently situated in Mt. Carmel Junction, offering a one-hour drive to Bryce Canyon National Park and a mere 20-minute drive to the east entrance of Zion National Park. Guests can expect a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this establishment. Furthermore, there is an adjacent restaurant available for dining convenience, in addition to the presence of a nearby Subway restaurant and two conveniently located gas stations.
The place has broken windows and no improvements noted. Air conditioner froze up and stopped working second day. Called for help but none came. Unplugged ac and tried to thaw it out. 110 degree weather.
Owner stated she just bought it and was waiting on using the internet reservations to run out before fixing anything. Just my loss. My wife and daughter were afraid to stay there but none of the other hotels were available.
The hotel is very conveniently located in a sweet spot between Zion and Bryce national park. It can be a perfect base camp to tour Zion and Bryce along with Antelope canyon.
The hotel has a large surrounding area, nice to walk around in the afternoon. It offers free parking with ample parking spaces.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. In-room refrigerator was handy. The staff were nice and accommodating.
Gordon is an extremely helpful manager with a broad knowledge on the National Parks. The hotel is situated among a beautiful golf course and the lower motel buildings are architecturally
highly interesting being originally designed in the 50ties by a Frank Lloyd Wright student. Also the room design is classic prarie style. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Zion.
We had the most amazing experience at Zion Mountain Ranch, especially as it was our Honeymoon! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations or services. The property is absolutely stunning and I LOVED all the animals, they were so sweet. We also had a great experience using their partner to book a Jeep Tour and Sunset Horseback Riding
Zion Mountain Ranch was one of the best surprises of our families trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. We stayed on our way to Bryce Canyon, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The staff was absolutely exceptional, the cabin was immaculate, and the property was so much fun. We just wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Loved the restaurant. Great value and delicious food. The staff at hotel was also friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean (loved the decor). Particularly loved the shower! Location was perfect for going to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Right in the middle of both.
Jane at front desk was very helpful and pleasant.
Room was the largest we stayed in on a 16 day trip. Was very clean and did not find long black hair on sheets and towels like other hotels we stayed in.
Restaurant was very good, excellent service!
A basic motel, but everything was good. The location is very convenient - just east of Zion NP and close to Bryce Canyon NP. There is a restaurant within a walking distance and a gas station.
Staff was very nice. Room was clean but small. Due to the location and not much around in the area, the place is was fine if you don't expect a Hampton Inn like hotel.
The hotel was clean with very comfortable beds. All of the food at the restaurant was pretty good. And the location was great being around a hour drive to the parks.
This was a clean hotel with a good
restaurant attached. The room was clean,
and comfy, easy to get to, had all the amenities
we needed and was a nice stay.
