We were in town for a family event. My four-year-old left behind a Bunny slipper. I called the hotel after our stay, and the staff was very helpful in locating the Bunny slipper. They mailed the slipper back to my home as well. I really love that the staff was so helpful.

This place has a serious bug problem, the bugs be crawling all over the walls and ceiling. No breakfast was served just coffee which was false advertisement. It smells like Marijuana in the hallway and elevator. FYI, don't stay here, it's not worth your money!

I liked everything about it.I was disappointed about the cleanliness it could have been better. The cleaner left a dirty towel behind bathroom door..and I found 2 beach towels in closet left from other guest. The cord to the iron was unraveled if someone checked the clean room it would have prevented guest seeing it.
The other BIG PROBLEM....NO BREAKFAST..HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! We were told a new company took over and BREAKFAST would not happen for a week.I definitely would have chose another place to stay.Besides the few housekeeping mistakes and not being told about t the breakfast it was a great place. Friendly front desk lady great pool nestled in a cute woodsy setting.

Not the cleanest room but overall not bad . They Advertise a hot tub which they do not have. It was one of the main reasons i booked it they Advertised it on the web site . Front desk told me it has been gone for year . The front desk lady was very pleasant to deal with . Wall paper around the tub and in the bathroom peeling. Windows were dirty to look out .

Merrimack is an old factory town in New Hampshire.
Merrimack is an old factory town in New Hampshire. We only use it for a weekend stay when going for a specific event in Manchester. While there is decent dining, there isn't much else we took advantage of.

The outlets were nice for shopping but got very crowded.
The outlets were nice for shopping but got very crowded. We hiked in the Wildcat conservation area, it was an easy trail ( we didn't come prepared for hiking and was able to do this without sneakers or hiking shoes) and the views were very pretty.
Isn't any breakfast, when I got there a map and key was put in a lockbox for me ( pretty hard to navigate and find my building at first ), my TV did not work and the checkout hours online differ from the ones at the hotel. Wasn't able to be accommodated after asking to pay a fee for an extended checkout time ( needed due to my car rental being ready at the time it says online ) . The whole apartment aspect of it was nice especially for the price, but the decor was very old and as I said none of my TV channels worked .
Sean at the front desk was awesome! When I told him I was staying there because I was getting divorced and needed to not be at my house he went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe. He asked me if there was a car or person he should be looking out for. Then I got the baggage cart stuck in the door and he was very helpful getting it back out for me. I have stayed in many hotels throughout this ordeal and Sean has stood out from all the rest of the fromt desk personnel that I have encountered
The location was very good for our needs. Very easy on/off access from the highway but a very quiet area( located about a mile from entrance / exit). The hotel was very clean and the entire staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. As an added bonus there is a fantastic restaurant about a mile up the road and some shops and a beer and wine store a bit further up.
There was lots of good parking and the staff was really friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great and plentiful. The cleaning and maintenance staff really seemed to keep the place inviting and running well. Great location - close to Nashua and all it has to offer and the Merrimack outlet shopping! I would definitely stay here again!
The staff that we met on site were great. The room was adequately sized for the price. Everything was clean. There seems to be some humidity in the hotel but nothing awful. The floor was laminate and there was no mess left on my white socks which tells me they keep it clean.
The setup of the rooms offered an unique experience from a traditional hotel room. The separation of the master bedroom downstairs and a individual bedroom and bathroom upstairs allowed for privacy and comfort.
Great little hotel...we only needed it for a night but we wouldn't hesitate to book for a longer stay...rooms were excellent...it has a pool and pool area which were great...staff were awesome!
I liked the service at the front desk, the girls are very polite and friendly, the hotel is very quiet and welcoming, the staff is always kind and willing to help. everything was perfect
