The Manager was extremely helpful.
The Manager was extremely helpful. I had some problems with my B.C booking but he sorted it all out during my drive from Miami so on arrival all was fine and my room ready for the length of stay I had booked and he telephoned me to reassure me. A couple of requests during my stay were sorted quickly and with a smile. Thank you. Nice quiet location near the lake and easy to travel to Sun N Fun Airshow. Great value for money

Everything was excellent and would recommend to anyone.. The room has king size bed and sofa bed and they were very comfortable. The rooms were excellent and spacious, the staff have excellent customer service , and the breakfast was also excellent. Room was huge.
Room was huge. Stove was pressed up against a wall and secret little dark cubby hole. No coffee, complimentary cups, iron, Kleenex. TV was horizontal to the bed, hooked to the wall. You could pull it out a bit, but my neck still couldn’t see it from bed.

Lakeland has a wonderful new park that we visited.
Lakeland has a wonderful new park that we visited. Bonnet Springs Park. This new park is free to enter, but there is a fee to the Children's Museum. This hotel is near all the restaurants chains you are familiar with along with some local ones. If you like WaWa, there is one right across the street from this hotel. Going to Disney or Tampa, this hotel is in a location where you can easily travel to both and then back for a nice quiet night. There is an excellent IHOP adjacent to the hotel. The motel is located next to a Bob Evans, Denny's and Burger King with other places very close nearby. We could walk to dinner. Since we were there to regroup our lives, we didn't do any sightseeing. We have lived in that area of Florida for over 20 years anyway and have seen what the area has to offer.JoAnne

When I arrived, the hotel staff wouldn’t check me in and said Priceline or Booking.com didn’t pay the hotel. I had receipt showing that I prepaid in full. They eventually checked me in after charged me another same amount. My experience with refund is even worse. One month after the stay I still have not been refunded. Both Priceline/Booking and Extended Stay are terrible in this case. They don’t communicate with each other well neither.BingUnited States

Was charged for room even though it had already been paid for? Phone call to them made them realise their mistake,but how many Brits can just use their phones in the USA when overcharged? The overall facility needs cleaned. When I finally got the door to topen I was moved to a working room after 10 PM, fhe room was okay but had ants in the bathroom. I won’t use this hotel again. The in house staff tried to open the door and they were nice but completely ineffective. No one from facilities or management came to help.
