everyone was so friendly and the hotel was very clean
Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and no issues with anything not working properly. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. We even received a free bottle of of a very nice peach bellini. Will definitely be booking a room there again. Right down the road from a winery named Springate and had an amazing brunch. Took in the scenery at the winery and went antique shopping. What an amazing weekend.

Facility provides the necessary amenities and some extras, but sign was visible from the highway, but not very clear, about how to get to the Facility, even with GPS, which Staff mentioned was a small issue, and small signage for the driveway that led to the Facility, but obscured by Restaurant's visibility, for anyone not familiar with the area.

THE AREA WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY!
THE AREA WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY! THE HOTEL NEVER PROVIDED MAID SERVICE, REMOVAL OF GARBAGE, VACUUMING, NEW TOWELS OR MAKING THE BED, RESTOCKING THE ROOM. CREAMER RAN OUT FOR BREAKFAST AND WAS NEVER REPLACED. LOTS OF TRAFFIC DURING USUAL COMMUTE TIMES. WENT TO THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY IN HERSHEY WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. NEED TO WARN PEOPLE IT IS ABOUT A MILE WALK TO THE RIDE PART OF THE TOUR FOR THE FACTORY.

Staff was rude, it smelled, kids that live there running around and yelling in the halls. Window didn’t lock. Bed skirt was not changed in weeks, see the picture. Pool is green and covered in a film. (Staff said it been closed for a week only). Had roaches and told staff and I don’t think he really cared. Water and dead bugs under the vending machines, along with trash.

We didn't stay for things in Harrisburg our main destination...
We didn't stay for things in Harrisburg our main destination was Hershey Park. This was our second stay at this hotel even though it's further then staying right in Hershey the hotel is a better value when staying a little more from the park. I liked the location of the hotel close to a lot of dining and shopping.
When we arrived, the hotel was in an area that had just experienced a power blackout. We were exhausted from a long day and a lot of driving. We didn't care about the lack of power, we just wanted to go to sleep. Our original assigned room was on the 4th floor. With no power/no elevator, we asked for a room on a lower floor. We were easily accomodated and guided to our room by the General Manager. We were very grateful for the accomodation. The power was back on before we woke up and the rest of the stay was great! Thanks.
The proximity to business at hand was ideal. The best and worst thing about the hotel was it was right off the highway, so easy access but noise from the highway was incredibly loud.
The room was adequate, bed was comfortable. The tv remote did not work well, poor water pressure in shower. Staff were helpful and friendly. The coffee and breakfast were horrible. Be sure to schedule coffee and breakfast out.
The room was clean.
Great location near Hershey Park without the extra cost of the hotels actually in Hershey. The pools and hot tub were great. There is a small workout room, but it has good equipment, weights, mats, etc. This was a real plus to me since most hotel workout rooms are almost worthless. The hotel restaurant is exceptional with great food and friendly staff.
I wasn’t aware there was a major event going on right next to the hotel, but even with all the chaos from those patrons - the staff kept super friendly and upbeat. Breakfast was easy going first thing in the morning to pop down and grab something before heading off to work. Location is super convenient if needing to travel to downtown Harrisburg for work.
Tailored to your specific needs. Couldn’t ask for a more hospitable stay!!! Top of the line items in your room that most standard hotels wouldn’t offer with their prime breakfast. Starbucks Machine in room! Premium brand, complimentary toiletries beyond shampoo and soap. Well thought out.
No bugs. No damp smell. Relaxing and quiet.
A to go breakfast. Room was terrible. The location was close to the water. Not many restaurants near by. We walk several blocks before we found a place to eat. Parking was right at the hotel, but no parking downtown. Our second day we drove over to the other side of the river a found a lovely place called Duke.
The room was clean when we arrived. The pool was nice, and there was a surprise hot tub/spa that was also really nice. We were visiting Hershey and it was nice that the hotel was in a central location. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, there were a lot of choices - and the waffle maker was a favorite!
The location was super central to everything we had planned for our day. The hotel itself and our room went above and beyond our expectations. Even with have 2 weddings going on the staff were timely and proficient while still being extremely pleasant. Overall experience was amazing.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and room adequate. It did smell of smoke unfortunately! The breakfast was basic but plentiful. Would stay again if passing through Harrisburg as did last night.
I think the breakfast idea of picking up breakfast and returning to the room is a great idea for the hotel, I had never experienced that before. The select and choices were adequate.
Excellent room size for a family of four. It was a short stay - 1 night - but the hotel has a nice pool and the restaurant is very good. Staff at hotel and restaurant very friendly.
