Fort Bragg has always been one of my favorite coastal towns.
Fort Bragg has always been one of my favorite coastal towns. I have been visiting here since I was a kid. The last few years the downtown has improved with alot of new businesses and there are alot of places to walk, state parks to visit. We also found a Seafood restaurant that is now our favorite in town.

This was our 2nd Christmas spent in Ft.
This was our 2nd Christmas spent in Ft. Bragg - the first being 25 years ago! We had 3 great meals - Dinners at The Wharf & Noyo River Grill and breakfast at Eggheads with its Wizard-of-Oz-themed menu. We visited Glass Beach with gorgeous Pacific views of the wild NoCal coastline, the Glass Beach museum, walked through the quaint and historic olde town Ft. Bragg, and the amazing botanical gardens! (though it was winter and not much color - still a must do!) We of course did go to Mendocino, too.

Unfortunately we did not have good weather and even extended our trip for a day to avoid driving in the storm....On the day we departed the weather was beautiful! With the departure of the lumber and fishing industries, FB is now a tourist community. The scenery is beautiful! The weather is cool and often foggy close to the shore. Our favorite place for breakfast is David's Deli....Many great places for other meals. Be sure to visit the small outdoor restauranta along the Noyo harbor. Visit glass beach and walk the coastal trail. North Coast Brewery isa must visit location.

For great coffee and a snack our go to is Headlands The Botanical Gardens are a must when we stay. The beautiful and serene walks with basically a living encyclopedia for native plants. New bar called Tall Guy Brewing on Franklin street was very fun and had great live music.

Honestly it's a great place but to costly the prices on hotel change from $69 to $150-$200 Fridays and Saturdays price don't change or discount for long stay its nice if you like to travel and eat sea food it's a great place
I didn't have no complimentary breakfast the room was dirty there were no coffee in the room the jacuzzi handles were broke the window to the bathroom was broke the lady Cynthia at the front desk was very nice . The microwave was gross on the lnside . I am low income I never have any extra money I was traveling with my 12 year old granddaughter we were in fort bragg to spread her grandpa's ashes I. The ocean I really wanted her to experience the nice luxury of a jacuzzi room I just wished it was worth the stay .
Nice view. Really big room. It's a big difference to have real glasses, coffee cups, plates and silverware, rather than disposable. We had a nice view of the river and ocean from our whirlpool tub. Very comfortable bed and the robe actually covered me. I'm not that big but the robes are typically small. The front desk was very accommodating in giving us a room that still had a nice view with very few steps to climb. My wife appreciated that with a bum knee.
Amazing location and views! LOVE this place!!Huge room and wonderful, thoughtful details to make our stay comfortable. The enormous tub for two with ocean views and fireplace was exquisite. Watched seals and pelicans from our private balcony. It felt like our own piece of heaven for the 5 nights we stayed. Will be back as soon as we can!!
I have been looking for a great place to stay in Fort Bragg and I finally found it! Not on the beach but it feels like you are with the water off the deck. VERY close to Glass Beach, which is my favorite place to spend time. I will definitely come back again!
Location. Artificial fireplace with blower in the room. This area on down the coast features expensive hotels - the prices at this hotel, while high for what you get, are much lower than most everywhere else at least down past Annapolis.
We did not go to breakfast. We liked the cleanliness of the room. The towels and bedding were very clean and white - very nice. The location was great as we were only 2 blocks away from our sister who lives in Fort Bragg.
Location was very convenient. Was able to park near room. Separate rooms was nice. Close to beach was also nice for a walk after dinner. Watching the sunset at the beach was awesome. Located not too far from shopping.
It looks like newly renovated. like flooring bathroom, sink, bed pillows comfy, walking distance to Mountain Mikes pizza and Chevron gas station. And located at main road, and at the center of Fort Bragg.
We always enjoy our stays at the Beachcomber. The staff is awesome, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The Beachcomber is the only place we'll ever stay when going to Fort Bragg!
Breakfast was good, location a little bit outside of the village. Room had a nice size and parking was just outside. Very helpful staff. Elevator to get to the 2nd floor.
Great place. Walked out the sliding glass door and was on the ocean bike and walk way. Ocean breeze caressing my face. Just what you look for in Fort Bragg.
Liked the view and location. The heater in the room is less than adequate for the size of the room. The staff is great. Overall good place to stay in Fort Bragg.
