Excellent location for local places and particularly for walking along the Causeway. Very clean and light and airy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of breakfast items with staff there refreshing and cleaning the whole area all the time.

Breakfast was really good. We ate the buffet one morning. Did feel like it was pricey so the rest of our stay we ventured out for breakfast. We're not great big eaters so we didn't eat the buffet again. Your employee named "Auddis" was very polite and professional when we did try the buffet.
All the staff were very friendly and professional. From the coffee shop, valet, restaurants, beach and spa they were really fantastic.

Fun breakfast area. every morning we saw more new faces. the staff are friendly and professional. Tonnie at reception is wonderful, and Linda so helpful; always friendly and efficient. Andrew is great; on the ball and a source of solutions to problems. Love the ample parking and huge trash bins. very clean and fresh. loved the lush green everywhere. the pool and seating area. The issue that I have is when I originally booked it was $1100.99 by the time I was done with booking it ended up being 1699 when I first got to the hotel they added additional $321 so my total stay for 5 days for nights was over $2,000 I was supposed to receive a refund of 191 still haven't received that yet the place was absolutely beautiful the workers was exceptional it's just the final cost the nickel and dime is a no no I will think twice about staying there again
