We loved the lobby, the outside garden, playroom, bottomless coffee at the lobby, kids (and adults) enjoyed the s’mores. Staff were super helpful and responding very fast. Rooms were clean and quiet, although the windows were facing the street.

Easy to walk around or get to public transportation and cable cars Timothy had he bellman was wonderful friendly and helpful. He gave us great tips on off the beaten path places to visit like sales force park The concierge service was great especially the lady with glasses and grey hair pull back in a French braid
