The staff is VERY client focused, it cares for tourists and is ready to do client service at very HIGH standards! Therefore if you consider choosing a hotel to go to Pangani, JUST GO for the Ushongo Beach Bandas. You will not regret it. The owner of the hotel is very knowledgeable, professional, ready to help and advice at any stage of your trip. PS. For me Pangani is a very interesting place to see and experience, especially, if you want to feel nature, the Indian Ocean and be in a quiet area. Better than Zanzibar.

We had such a lovely time at Ushongo beach house. It is a very relaxing place, right on the sea front - the sunrises in the morning were stunning. All the staff were so kind - Lucy cooked us amazing food, Rahim was very helpful and Louis made sure that my friend made it to the airport on time, and let me check out late and enjoy my last day. It felt like they went out of their way to make our stay easy and comfortable. Nice food next door also, fresh catch of the day. I'd highly recommend!
