We had a very nice stay.
We had a very nice stay. The Oren (nearby sea) district of Burhaniye is a quiet town, but you can find here several shops and places to eat. The communication is also good, you just need to get to the centre of large Burhaniye city at first (minibus or taxi) and then look for the other bus if you want to visit Bergama, Assos etc. The Koca Seyit Airport is about 10 minutes away by taxi. People do not speak English at most, but they are very friendly. The beach is large and sandy, the sea - good for swimming.

More importantly, the hosts are among the most welcoming people we have ever stayed with! And we've traveled for quite a bit. They are genuinely caring and outgoing, helping us so many times when we had problems or requests! It was truly invaluable as we have no command of Turkish. Located right on the promenade with great restaurants nearby. We were looking to get away from the tourists for a couple of days and Burhaniye and the Marina Hotel were perfect.
