The staff is very friendly and their respond to all my questions in my e-mails before the check in date was very good, they responded very quickly I loved the location and looking forward for my stay next year at Sea View Hotel! Highly recommended!

the cleanliness of the room was commendable. The utilities in the room were of high standard and functioning exceptionally well. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the thumbs up for the coffee machine. For a short stay (like 1 or 2 nights) it is affordable and acceptable.

Great for walking, relaxing and swimming

Thank you for a fantastic stay at Villa FOXIE. This Villa is fabulous. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Rose Marie, who informed us of everything about the Villa to have a comfortable stay, and told us about all the activities and restaurants on the island. The villa which has two levels is very spacious, deliciously decorated Caribbean with a French touch. The foxie villa has two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bathroom It has everything you need for an excellent stay, equipped kitchen, barbecue, parasol, beach chairs... All you have to do is open the living room door to find yourself on the beach. You cannot find a villa closer to the sea. The view from the sea side bedroom on the terrace is spectacular. Villa Foxie is the most beautiful, most private villa in all of Great Bay. Only one regret, to leave this little paradise......😍

The apartment was very clean and spacious. All other facilities like the pool, the stores and the restaurants were excellent. We felt very safe here.

I arrived at back street st. Maarten and when I got there the owner was not there the taxi had to call him then my friend I I stayed there for over 40minutes still he send his 13 year old daughter to carry us to the room that was dirty and the tiles was broken up just Infront the door way and the door look like someone can kick it down anytime and the smell was really bad and then we went to a restaurant on the other side then shortly after andre arrived and told me after my long flight I couldn't bathe my skin cause he just finish tiling the shower and the whole entire place was run down ask him about it and he said he's doing some repairs on it and that was not mention to me that very same morning and nothing about the bathroom either so I sat at the restaurant and call him from. My friend phone on what's app asking him why wasn't I informed about the damage and the repair that very same morning and he said because only after the guess left his place he realized it and it was after 11am that morning. So I ask if he had another place where we can stay and he said no I then told him am not feeling comfortable staying at his place and if I can get back my monies and he said to me if it was cancel am cancelling my stay I said no I told him his place is dirty and and he never told me about his Reno on his place he then collected his keys back I took my bags and left to stay somewhere else that was safe and clean. I didn't get to take pics because I was scared to go back to his place. But I am back home now in Antigua and this happen since tuesday night and all now my monies not on my account. I call just a while ago and he declined my call so I send him message saying I didn't receive my monies all now and I will go all out to get my monies and this is what he send. So please anyone who is think of staying at this place the pic he send I guess has to be old pics cause the place is run down
