The people there made us feel welcome, We visited relatives...
The people there made us feel welcome, We visited relatives we never had met. They set up a lunch for us with a Swedish flag and an American Flag on the table, they had history books for us to share with them. We visited the churchyard and they pointed out our ancestors graves. They opened up a shop turned into a museum exclusively for us and showed us so many items of interest. They took us to an outdoor museum to see how the homes were when our ancestors were here. I felt as though I was loved and belonged there. It was very hard to leave.

The hosts are very discrete and available. The location is quiet and safe, near TORP mall and Uddevalla. Our son really enjoyed playing with the toys available in the house, in the garden there is a sandbox, a hut, a swing and a lot of rum to spring. We liked the surroundings, beautiful nature and near the sea.amaliaSweden

Nice cosy room, amazing breakfast, and it had a nice touch with chess, foosball, shuffleboard and pool to occupy myself and my teen kids in the evening. Great to have overnight EV charging, although the capacity was not higher than 3,5 kw. But it was good for a reasonable price at this day and age.

Super convenience for a one night passing by staying. Staff are friendly. We checked in around mid-night and got a phone call from staff around 8PM, followed up with a night-self-check-in instruction.
