This place is simply STUNNING: it’s a villa in the middle of the countryside with a charming garden that Hakon likes to take care of, full of flowers and plants accurately chosen. The room is a suite with an awesome bedroom, bathroom and a very romantic living room where you’ll find fresh fruit just taken off the tree, Porto wine and fresh water. The balcony is also pretty and comfy if you’re coming back from the beach. The pool is adorable, we just took a while to jump in for a refreshing moment. Gabriela is so sweet and kind, available for anything you might need; she also recommended us a nice place to have dinner close to the Villa. Breakfast was just perfect, just outside on the porch, served on beautiful dishes with a nice music sound in the background. 10 isn’t enough for this cosy piece of paradise.

Overlooking the sea, NAU Sao Rafael Atlantico is an ultra modern 5-star complex with direct and private access to São Rafael Beach.

the rooms are big and cosy. The location is good but need to walk to center about 10-15 minutes. It looks close to the center but the streets are uphil so coming back to the hotel is tiring. The breakfast was good. The fifth floor has a great view of the ocean and beach.

Great location, walking distance to old town and 5mins drive to new town. The hotel is large and clean. Breakfast has a nice variety but the hot food is cold so needs heating in the microwave provided.
