Willa Sepia is a beautiful place, it looks like a small castle from the outside. The furniture is very stylish and cozy, it feels very warm inside. Beds are really comfortable - the mattress is neither soft nor hard, just perfect. Staff is very friednly and helpful.
Breakfast was rich and tasty with a splash o Polish tastes. We were here during Easter Sunday, so we tasted also some Polish national food for the breakfast. Spa is nice and clean and private.

Wisła is a beautiful town surrounded by mountains with recently revitalised outdoor facilities, and enlarged green zones with ponds, waterfalls and water birds. There is however one problem- never- ending roadworks make the town centre barely passable- traffic jams extend as far as Wisła Malinka and you have to sit in a hot, stuffy car for 40 minutes to get moving. It shows a total lack of consideration for tourists, so the town authorities should be ashamed of themselves.

The road from Krakow to Wisla was quite good with a bit of delays due to road works, but it wasn't a disaster. The town is small and quaint with a small 'Zabka' and little shops within walking distance. There was a bit of multi cultural visitors from across the border from Czech Republic and Slovakia. Good place for a bit of fresh air to put in short.

Beautiful views and mountains Nice people’s.
Beautiful views and mountains Nice people’s. We ate on the top of Czantoria mountains ,and the food was very good . Best way to get there is by train from Wisla Uzdrowisko to Wisla Polanki ( about 10 min). I highly recommend Skocznia Malysza and Petla Cienkowska with a beautiful scenery and delicious food. You can get there by bus from Wisla to Wisla Malinka and take a ski lift on the top
Our room (apartment) was just excellent - everything is new and absolutely (I mean absolutely!) clean. The location is a bit fram from city centre, but it is mentioned on hotel's website and on booking.com = no problem. The place is nice and very pleasant, right next to forest. The air quality is excellent. The breakfast is rich and coul meet everyone's taste and preferences, replenished often. We enjoyed our stay.
Very clear instructions on how and where to collect keys incl where to park prior to collection.
The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and towels lush.
The location is amazing- 2 min walk to the main square. Plenty of parking available.
Everything was perfect, the hotel is new, modern, exceptionally spacious rooms, big range of choice for the buffet breakfast, dinners available at the hotel restaurant. Warmly recommend spa and massages!! For sure will come back and thank you for the wonderful stay!!
I love the view and sound of creak from the balcony. I the perfect size of hotel, feels personal, friendly staff. Love that it’s unpretentious with classic mountain vibe but well maintained and cared for. Feels like invested family run business.
Lots of facilities for children, all kept and maintained well. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Adults only zones are great and relaxing. Comfy rooms. No queues eventhough hotel is HUGE (please mind I stayed during low season mid April).
The location for us was really convenient; the apartment is in a quiet street, within a walking distance to Wisła's center. It is spacious, has two balconies and was really clean. The underground parking is a bonus in cold and snowy weather.
Lovely tucked away peaceful location but still very close to town. Charming hotel with a lovely breakfast room and bar area overlooking a stream. We were visiting mid September which weather turning cold but the hotel kept rooms well heated
The reception staff at the hotel were notably helpful, offering assistance and making a positive impact on our experience. Their attentiveness and willingness to help were commendable.
Great venue, the hotel and the Spa are brand new. Beautiful rooms, sauna's and swimmingpool. Restaurant on the location is good. WiFi is perfect all over the complex.
