Very friendly and helpful staff. Very caring Reception staff (all of them). Location is ok, but very close to the port so convenient if you come and go by ferry. For tours it was no problem to be picked up there. Unfortunately no Pool that would be the only thing i missed but i new before. There is a small Café in the lobby with great internatiobal food, cakes and drinks. The rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom as well.
