Amazing hotel, just at the river, good food, very sweet and serviceminded staff they all took very good care of us, was always there with a smile if you needed anything. The rooms, the garden, the restaurant are all pleasent. The tour company they work with are very good and professionel, we had the guide Manuel and meet all our expectations and went beyond to find the animals for us.

One of the best hotels of our Peru trip. The staff are so friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very lovely. Such a good value! As a family we got a little suite. Everything was as advertised. We got an airport shuttle in both directions and he was always on time. Breakfast was delicious -- better than any continental breakfast I have had at a hotel in the USA. It comes out buffet style and isn't under warmers, which others have complained about but I thought it was fine. The pool and restaurant are both on the 7th floor and they're lovely; I highly recommend getting a meal at the restaurant and eating it at one of the tables by the pool that overlooks the city. I really don't know the area, so I can't say if it is in a good location or not, but I always felt safe enough for someone traveling internationally.
