We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which had the wow factor. The suite had everything we needed and was so clean and comfortable. We received a really really warm welcome and the team were friendly and helpful. Car parking was easy with no additional charges.

The 14th Lane is in a great location, in the heart of Blenheim, but also peaceful and noise free. The hotel is small and family owned and the owners could not make you more welcome. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was large and very clean with good quality towels and toiletries. The hotel is very near to a variety of restaurants and had good information about local activities. There was coffee and tea facilities in the room and a fridge. The area felt safe and locals were extremely friendly and helpful. Blenheim is a lovely town with lots of cafes to sit outside and people watch.
The Peppertree is situated in the heart of the Marlborough wineries and olive groves. The rooms have direct access to its extensive garden. The area is well known for wine tasting.

the #1 thing in accommodation is cleanliness and this place is spotless! room is very quiet and comfortable, the blackout curtains are great, the staff were good at accommodating me to stay an extra night and allowing me to have the same room by juggling others around. Will definitely return.

Good place to transit after arriving from the ferry in Picton. Several places to eat as a good sized town. Ate in Bamboo Garden (5 minutes walk) as had been recommended to us by people on the ferry. Food was excellent.

We stayed 3 nights in Blenheim in February.
We stayed 3 nights in Blenheim in February. The city itself is not too big but cosy. There are some beautiful parks and gardens. Breathtaking mountains views. Runway cafe on the way to Blenheim airport was quite nice. Food was delicious. Most of the time we spent exploring nearby areas. A lot of good wineries around for degustation and lunch. We travelled to Picton ( 30 min by car). Had a cruise there. Plenty of cafes on the waterfront. Visited the impressive Omaka aviation heritage centre. "Muscles pot" restaurant in Havelock was nice. Would be great if we had at least one more day to visit more places in the Marlborough region.

Opted not to hire car which I would probably change when visiting again although we did manage with walking to city centre and and utilising shuttles to get out to Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre. Omaka is an absolute jewell. We were here for Garden Raupara Springs so transport otherwise not an issue for us. We were close to a Countdown and Bamboo Garden Restaurant which was fabulous and we also visited a Japanese Restaurant. Had our wine tasting at the gardens so did not visit winery; we come from West Auckland also a hub of wineries so we were happy with just the tasting at the garden event. The shuttle who took us to Omaka was happy for just a pick up call and then took us to a garden centre for a quick look around. Very obliging! Of course I bought a plant and took it back to Auckland. Thanks for a lovely stay, can't recommend Blenheim enough!

we were there for the bianual aviation easter show.
Amazing good.
The Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre is a world-class museum showcasing WW1 and WW2 aircraft and artefacts
We combine it with a day driving in thewineries and dining at a winery.
The town is actually a bit drab; the Marlborough area is all about the wine (sauvignon blanc) and tasting visits (recommended).
Rather than an apartment, we stayed at the Hotel D’Urville in the town centre which was OK; compact room, not modern, a little tired. Maybe would have been better to find accommodation on a vineyard but not many have restaurants on site which, given the more remote locations, is preferable. Service at the hotel was friendly and helpful.
VFM at $245 a bit steep.
Rating 7/10.
This property on a working winery is exceptional for its high level of comfort and beautifully quiet location. The simple yet clever design incorporates vistas through multiple windows at varying levels, allowing for surprising glimpses of snow-capped mountain tops at eye height. It is both comfortable and enticing - with several seating options inside and out to catch the sun.
The Scenic Hotel is the best accommodation I have booked in New Zealand, and I travel a lot for work so I do not say that lightly! Wonderful staff, Amazing location, and the room was sparkling clean, the facilities are endless including an outdoor pool and not to mention value for money. 110% recommend and will DEFINITELY be returning.
A warm welcome, very comfortable room in a spacious house with a stunning garden. Continental breakfast included fresh fruits from the garden - Great. Janet also recommended a local vineyard to visit which we would not have found and proved a highlight of our stay in Blenheim.
We loved the location….so close to the Winery properties. We especially loved the field (populated by two heifers, a flock of sheep and even a hawk) behind this home. Such a peaceful and relaxing view. Would definitely recommend this property and its attentive hosts.
Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the staff were amazing. We had dinner in their restaurant and everything was exceptional. Highly Recommended and the only place I would stay if going back to Blenheim.
This very well equipped property is in a beautiful location, surrounded by vineyards. Ideally situated to explore the Blenheim area. The contact with our host was first class and we felt very well looked after.
Liked the peace and quiet of being in a vineyard and having a private pool. Also the kitchen and living rooms were comfortable. Host left us wine and food and super quick to respond. Loved the induction burner.
Very nice bed and breakfast surrounded by vineyards, the rooms where comfortable and the service was great. Breakfast was freshly and you could choose from a few options. Would definitely stay again.
Great hosts….great location in town. Lovely property with all of the amenities we could ask for. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Wonderful bathrooms. Highly recommend this intimate hotel.
Location was great, just a short walk to city centre.
Comfortable bed and quality pillows.
All in all one of the better motels I stayed in - very clean and pretty modern.
The room was VERY spacious and, even better, VERY dark. So many motels seem to have security lights which mean that you are trying to sleep in a half-lit room.
