The hotel was in the middle of Bergen, excellent location.
The staff were excellent, very helpful courteous and spoke perfect English.
The food being included in the price was a nice bonus, including an afternoon snack of pancakes and coffee and tea available all day at no extra charge.
We had parking reserved and was made available no problem.
A little bonus is access to the tower of the hotel which gave you an excellent view over Bergen.
