Fairly good location. Nice and close to the station but not too close. Short walk to Grote Markt. The lift is tiny and slow but I got used to it in the end. The stairs were not too bad either though would be difficult with cases. Did not notice any noise from outside.

Great location and lovely flat - really good bones. The bedroom is on the basement which means its quiet and dark (no windows). The flat is lacking in amenities / tlc.

Located only 30min away from Amsterdam (by train), this little hotel is awesome outside peak season for visiting multiple regions close to Amsterdam, and Amsterdam district. Train station is 5min away by foot. During peak season, there's a generous beach within 10 min walk distance, so very convenient. The room was spacious, warm and sunny, with lovely old wood furniture, clean, large and modern bathroom. On premise kitchen had everything you needed, in case you decided to cook, but even just for a quick coffee or breakfast Hosts were very friendly and accomodated us as soon as we arrived, even if it was not yet the check-in time. They also allowed us to leave luggage with them after check-out, for a few more hours, until we had to head towards the airport. All in all, we loved our stay at La Rosa. Thank you.
